All items must be returned in its original condition. Cremation necklaces must be unused.
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 60 days of purchase.

You may ship the item back to us anyway you would like. We suggest the USPS with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages being lost when returning to us so please ship it back with tracking.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a credit back to the original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). Please allow 5 to 10 business of days for the credit to appear in your account.
