Once an order is placed, it's sent to our warehouse staff so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name, e-mail address, and order # so we can try to make correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

We will accept most returns within 45 days of purchase. However if your merchandise is not in resalable condition we may not be able to honor a refund. You can email about your situation to the address above to find out before you take the time and effort to send it back.
